I review books for a number of publishers and have never found a book that so well covers some of the subjects we have wondered about as we read the Bible with so many scripture references. I bought this book as an e-book but am I am going to buy it as a regular book because there is so much in it. I have pages and pages of notes that I am copying from this book. Kari Browning has written a book that is needed for many of us to understand the scriptures more clearly. She has researched in great detail the teachings of the first and second coming of the Lord, Important events, the festivals and so much more. One example is the subject of "The Day Of The Lord", one of the most important topics. She has 54 references and scriptures to back up the titles on this subject alone. Her chapters on the Festivals shows the customs and traditions of those feasts of both the Jews and the unbelievers in some instances. I call this book a book of teaching the past, present and future. It helps us understand more clearly what the Bible is saying. She covers the 7,000 year plan of God, The Two Calendars, Important events that happened on festival dates, and so much more. The indepth research in this book backed up by her glossary in which she explains in detail some of the names and words that we may not be acquainted with ie) Haggadah and Mishnah etc. This is a book that I will recommend to my friends, people we minister to and also new believers so that they can start out understanding the Bible and customs and what the background is in many instances. With forwards by Randy DeMain and Paul Keith Davis who have studied these topics indepth and taught on them, you can be assured this is a book worth reading and studying.Product details

Quite interesting and informative.
I've read a lot of books on this subject over the years; this is the most believable biblically and historically speaking. I personally know the author and high recommend this book to true seekers.
The insight in Kari Browning's book is AMAZING! I'm getting revelation from Scripture that I never would have been able to "see" without having an understanding of the Festival Language! I'm so excited to re-read chapters in my bible that didn't make sense before. Thank you Kari for making such an important book that is easy to read and grasp!
I enjoyed the book, but the emphasis is trying to prove that important Christian milestones are always connected with the major Jewish festivals. It is an interesting study, but many assumptions are made based on various Jewish rabbis' writings which can not necessarily be taken as Gospel truth. I am suspicious of drawing conclusions on such speculation, but overall very interesting.
